Red Berry Jelly, is a tongue twister to say but a delicious and healthy sweet treat! This yummy snack makes a great lunch box filler for your little ones. Recipe by: Justine Schofield
Bring the juice to the boil in a pot and remove from the heat. Add a few tablespoons of the hot juice with the agar agar and mix until it’s smooth. Pour back into the juice and whisk until it dissolves.
Arrange berries into glasses. Top with juice mixture and chill in the fridge until set.
1 teaspoon agar agar
500ml strawberry and pear juice
2 punnets Driscoll's raspberries
