Overnight chia pudding

Overnight chia pudding with blueberries is a refreshing treat during the warmer months! Best of all you can prep this the night before, that's snacktime sorted the next day. Here we've used PureHarvest Organic Milk and a generous amount of Driscoll's Sweetest Batch Blueberries.

  • Method

    1. Chia pudding

Place chia seeds into a cup or jar, add PureHarvest Organic Almond milk. Refrigerate overnight.

    2. Blueberry sauce

For blueberry sauce, place 1 cup blueberries and 1/2 water in a saucepan over medium heat. Smash the blueberries down and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes stirring frequently.

    3. Serving

Finally add the chilled chia seed pudding and blueberry sauce. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with a generous amount of Driscoll’s Sweetest Batch blueberries.
