Oh-so-good for you and full of flavour, this smoothie bowl is packed with vitamins and nutrients, giving you a great energy boost. With a pretty scattering of berries, nuts and edible flowers on top, it looks gorgeous, too.
½ punnet (125g) Driscoll's strawberries, hulled
½ punnet (60g) Driscoll's raspberries
½ punnet (60g) Driscoll's blueberries
½ punnet (60g) Driscoll's blackberries
1 ½ medium frozen bananas, coarsely chopped
1 cup (250ml) natural yoghurt
½ cup (125ml) milk
½ cup (70g) raw cashews, soaked in cold water for at least 1 hour up to overnight, drained
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
Fresh mixed berries
Pistachios, finely chopped
Hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
Edible flowers (optional)
Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into serving bowls and decorate with toppings.
