Frozen Chocolate Raspberries

Who doesn't love a raspberry and chocolate combo! This treat is super easy to make and a yummy pop of flavours in your mouth. Recipe by Justine Schofield

  • Method

    1. Raspberry filling

      Stuff each raspberry with pistachios.

    2. Chocolate

      Coat the pistachio filled raspberries in the melted chocolate and place on a lined tray in the freezer.

    3. Freeze

      Chill until frozen.

    125g Driscoll's raspberries
    100g dark chocolate, melted
    20 pistachios
