Wake up to this nutritious, delicious smoothie and you’ll feel fabulous all day long! The combination of berries, seeds and almond milk is just what you need to kick start your day – and your tastebuds.

Ingredients

3/4 cupDriscoll's Blueberries

1small peach, roughly chopped or 1/2 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cupalmond milk

1/2 cupnon-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 Tbspground flaxseeds

2 Tbsphoney

Handful ice cubes (not needed if using frozen peaches)

Method

  1. Smoothie

    Blend blueberries, peach, almond milk, yogurt, flaxseeds, honey and ice in a blender until pureed and smooth, stirring several times. Serve immediately.
