Oh-so-good for you and full of flavour, this smoothie bowl is packed with vitamins and nutrients, giving you a great energy boost. With a pretty scattering of berries, nuts and edible flowers on top, it looks gorgeous, too.

Ingredients

1/2 punnet(125g) Driscoll's strawberries, hulled

1/2 punnet(60g) Driscoll's raspberries

1/2 punnet(60g) Driscoll's blueberries

1/2 punnet(60g) Driscoll's blackberries

1 1/2 medium frozen bananas, coarsely chopped

1 cup(250ml) natural yoghurt

1/2 cup(125ml) milk

1/2 cup(70g) raw cashews, soaked in cold water for at least 1 hour up to overnight, drained

1 Tbspchia seeds

2 tspfreshly squeezed lime juice

2 tsphoney

Toppings

fresh mixed berries

pistachios, finely chopped

hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

chia seeds

edible flowers (optional)

Method

  1. Smoothie

    Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving bowls and decorate with toppings.
