1 punnet250g Driscoll’s strawberries, hulled
1 punnet125g Driscoll’s blueberries
1 punnet125g Driscoll’s raspberries
1 punnet125g Driscoll’s blackberries
2 cups(500g) thick Greek-style yogurt
1 Tbspmaple syrup
fruit and nut granola, to serve
Assembling
Chop 4 strawberries and put them in a small bowl with 1 tablespoon of the blueberries. Add the syrup and mash with a fork to a juicy pulp. Divide the yogurt between serving bowls, add the remaining berries and top with granola. Serve drizzled with the maple-mashed berries and juice.
